The firm was founded by Ms. Akanksha Jain, joined by other lawyers and professionals. Ms. Jain is currently a Dy. Government Advocate in High Court of Chhattisgarh. She has also been appointed as Public Prosecutor to represent State of Chhattisgarh in High Court of Chhattisgarh. The members of our team also come from leading national law schools, exceptionally trained and experienced individuals coupled with an in-depth knowledge of law which places us in a unique position to best address our clients’ most demanding issues and critical disputes. Our area of practice includes civil laws, criminal laws, constitution, arbitration, general corporate and commercial laws, trusts and estates, real estate, RTI, electricity laws and mining laws. We represent our clients in diverse fora including the High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, Commercial Courts, Rent Control Authorities, Consumer Forum and other appellate authorities.
